Terms · administrator and legal review required
Using the OZ AI FINDER service.
This noindex draft explains the current service. The legal operator and important commercial and legal terms still need confirmation before publication.
The free audit
A limited, evidence-based website assessment
The free audit analyses a limited sample of up to 15 relevant publicly accessible website pages. It reports checks the system could verify and may label other checks “Unable to verify.” That label is not automatically a failure.
The OZ AI Find Score measures website and search-readiness signals under methodology V1.0. It is not an official score from any third-party platform and does not predict or guarantee AI inclusion, ranking, citation, recommendation, traffic, or business results.
A report reflects the evidence available during that audit. It may not represent every page, every change, or all information about a business.
Paid Website Improvement Plan
A$499 one-off, including GST
The Website Improvement Plan is an advisory service offered after a completed audit. It includes a human review, up to 10 prioritised recommendations, suggested replacement wording for up to 3 existing website sections, technical, content and structured-data recommendations where supported by the audit, a personalised PDF with an implementation checklist, and one round of written clarification by email.
Each recommendation identifies the relevant page or issue, the audit finding, why it matters, what should change, how the customer or their developer can implement it, and its suggested priority. Unverified issues are not presented as confirmed problems.
After payment, the customer completes a short onboarding form with contact name, primary services, service areas, customer questions, optional website platform and additional context. Business name, website and contact email are carried forward from the audit. The service does not require passwords, administrator access or website credentials.
The completed PDF plan will be emailed within 5 business days after payment is confirmed and all required onboarding information is received. If information is missing, it will be requested promptly; the delivery period starts when all required information is received. Business days are Monday to Friday, excluding Queensland public holidays; relevant dates and deadlines use Australia/Brisbane.
One consolidated set of clarification questions may be emailed within 14 calendar days of delivery. A response is due within 3 Queensland business days. Clarification explains the delivered plan only and does not include new audits, additional recommendations, rewrites or implementation work.
This package excludes editing or publishing website changes, development or redesign, website administration access, unlimited audits, complete website copywriting, more than 3 replacement sections, ongoing SEO or AI visibility monitoring, Google Search Console management, advertising or backlink campaigns, competitor analysis, hosting, third-party software fees, unlimited revisions and unlimited support. Recommendations use the audit’s limited public-page sample and supplied information; no improvement in AI visibility, rankings, citations, recommendations, traffic, enquiries or sales is guaranteed.
The customer is responsible for deciding whether and how to implement recommendations, including arranging any work by a website developer. Secure checkout is handled by Stripe. The application records the order and payment status needed to provide the service.
Service limits
No guaranteed external result
Search engines and AI platforms decide independently what to crawl, show, cite, rank, or recommend. An advisory plan cannot ensure that an external platform will use or display its recommendations.
Review the audit scope and the score methodology before submitting a free audit request.
