Methodology · Version 1.0
A score built from what the audit could verify.
The OZ AI Find Score summarises verifiable website and search-readiness signals from a limited sample of public pages. It is OZ AI FINDER’s assessment—not an official score from an AI platform and not a prediction of rankings or recommendations.
What it measures
Eight weighted areas, one bounded assessment
Each audit check belongs to a category with a maximum available weight. The score is normalised over the checks that could be verified. The report also shows verified weighted points and checks unable to verify, so readers can see how much evidence contributed.
| Category | Available weight |
|---|---|
| AI and Search Discoverability | 20 points |
| Business Identity | 15 points |
| Local Relevance | 15 points |
| Service Clarity | 15 points |
| Structured Data | 10 points |
| Content Usefulness | 10 points |
| Trust and Authority Signals | 10 points |
| Technical Foundation | 5 points |
| Total | 100 points |
Score bands
How to read the result
Band labels describe the score range under this methodology. They are not a ranking position or a forecast of what a search or AI platform will show.
Evidence rules
An unavailable check is not a failed check
Every result is based on evidence available from the sampled public pages and related responses the audit can inspect. “Unable to verify” means there was not enough evidence to determine whether the check passed or had an issue. Timeouts, access blocks or missing technical responses are not automatically counted as failures.
Unable-to-verify checks are excluded from the verified score. A limited sample—up to 15 relevant public pages—is reviewed, so the result may not represent every page or all information about a business.
Limits
A website measure, not an AI outcome
The OZ AI Find Score reflects website signals such as discoverability, identity, services, local context, structured data, useful content, trust information and technical foundations. It does not query live AI recommendations or guarantee whether a business will be included, cited, ranked or recommended.
External reviews and reputation, PageSpeed performance scores and all pages outside the audit sample are not established by this score. The report describes evidence captured during that audit.
