Each recommendation identifies the relevant page or issue, what the audit found, why it matters, what should change, how you or your developer can implement it, and its suggested priority. We do not present unverified issues as confirmed problems.
After checkout
A short onboarding form
After payment, complete the onboarding form with your contact name, primary services, service areas and any important customer questions. You can also provide your website platform and extra context. Your business name, website and contact email are carried over from your audit.
Do not provide passwords, login credentials or administrator access. You or your developer will be responsible for implementing recommendations.
Delivery and clarification
A clear delivery window and follow-up
Your completed PDF plan will be emailed within 5 business days after payment is confirmed and all required onboarding information is received. If information is missing, we will request it promptly; the delivery period starts when all required information is received.
Business days are Monday to Friday, excluding Queensland public holidays. Relevant dates and deadlines use Australia/Brisbane.
You can submit one consolidated set of clarification questions within 14 calendar days of delivery. We will respond within 3 business days. Clarification is limited to explaining the delivered plan; it does not include new audits, additional recommendations, rewrites or implementation work.
What is not included
An advisory plan, not implementation
This is an advisory service. We do not edit or publish website changes, develop or redesign websites, or provide website administration access. You or your developer will implement any recommendations.
- Unlimited website audits, complete website copywriting or more than 3 suggested replacement sections.
- Ongoing SEO or AI visibility monitoring, Google Search Console management, advertising or backlink campaigns.
- Competitor analysis, hosting, third-party software fees, unlimited revisions or unlimited support.
Recommendations are based on the audit’s limited sample of publicly accessible pages and the information provided. Technical and content recommendations are made only where supported by the available evidence; unverified issues are not presented as confirmed problems.
We cannot guarantee improvements in AI visibility, search rankings, citations, recommendations, traffic, enquiries or sales.
